This page lays out where I stand on the issues that matter most: protecting our constitutional freedoms, defending life, restoring fiscal responsibility, empowering parents, supporting small businesses, and safeguarding our way of life. These aren’t just political talking points—they’re values I live by, and they’ll guide every decision I make as your representative in the Montana House.

  • Protect property owners from unfair tax shifts and rising valuations.
  • End reckless and deficit spending and bring accountability to Helena.
  • Oppose corporate handouts and unfunded mandates that burden working families.
  • Return surplus funds to taxpayers rather than expanding bureaucracy.
  • Return to sound money principles, oppose central bank digital currencies, and stop federal actions that devalue the dollar through debt and inflation.
  • Expand Direct Primary Care (DPC) and build on Governor Gianforte’s efforts.
  • Create incentives for businesses and higher-income Montanans to help cover those left behind.
  • Support low-cost, non-taxpayer-funded options like health sharing plans and local care networks.
  • Restore local control over planning and development decisions.
  • Support community-led solutions rather than top-down mandates.
  • Modernize classrooms, fix crumbling schools, and raise teacher pay where needed.
  • Give parents more choices—whether that’s public, private, charter, or homeschooling. Seek ways to ensure money follows the child.
  • Return authority to school boards and parents—not federal bureaucrats.
  • Strengthen CTE and apprenticeship programs that prepare students for real-world jobs.
  • Support public-private partnerships with Montana’s manufacturing, ag, and energy sectors.
  • Put skills training on equal footing with college degrees in education policy and funding.
  • Invest in roads, bridges, broadband, water, and wastewater systems—especially in rural areas.
  • Prioritize projects that grow local economies, not ones pushed by lobbyists.
  • Defend free speech, gun rights, and religious liberty.
  • Push back on federal overreach, especially in land management and small business regulations.
  • Guarantee Montanans' right to compute, innovate, and operate without interference.
  • Fight for Montana-made products and manufacturing.
  • Reform procurement so small businesses can compete against out-of-state corporations.
  • Stop the growth of government that crowds out entrepreneurs.
  • Support closed primaries and protect the right of Republicans to choose their own candidates.
  • Ban ranked choice voting and oppose outside influence in Montana elections.
  • Require voter ID, audit election rolls, and return to hand-counting ballots at the precinct level to protect the sanctity of each Montanan's vote.
  • Resist federal overreach by defending our rights under the 9th and 10th Amendments.
  • Reclaim federally managed lands and natural resources to be governed by Montanans, not unelected D.C. bureaucrats.
  • Require county sheriff permission before federal agents operate in Montana communities.
  • Ban warrantless child removals and ensure due process in every family services case.
  • Oppose radical gender ideology and fight to protect children from life-altering decisions.
  • Support marriage between one man and one woman, and promote family-based, faith-based, and community-based support systems.
  • Support E-Verify and revoke licenses from businesses that knowingly hire illegal aliens.
  • Provide simplified path to work visas for migrant workers - they are the backbone of Montana's agricultural industry.
  • Oppose state-funded services, ID, or tuition for illegals.
  • Back full construction of the border wall and hold NGOs accountable for trafficking or relocating illegals in Montana.
  • Protect the Second Amendment—no gun registries, buybacks, or red flag laws.
  • Support castle doctrine and the right to self-defense in homes and vehicles.
  • Call for the defunding and dismantling of the ATF.
  • Support logging, mining, energy, and agriculture without excessive federal red tape.
  • Oppose ESG mandates, the Green New Deal, and programs like 30x30 that remove productive land from use.
  • Restore local control over water rights, wildlife, and public access to land.
  • Shrink the size of government and restore local, constitutional authority.
  • Limit rule-making power to the Legislature—not unelected agencies.
  • Prioritize transparency, citizen participation, and grassroots accountability in every layer of government.
  • Unleash oil, gas, coal, timber, and hydro—Montana’s energy future shouldn’t be dictated by Washington or the UN.
  • Designate hydropower as renewable energy and block politically driven attacks on dams and fossil fuels.
  • Oppose the Green New Deal, Paris Climate Accord, and ESG interference in energy development.
  • Ban warrantless surveillance and protect Montanans from data collection without probable cause.
  • Oppose requirement to prove age to access content considered to be "adult". If we require children to prove they are over the age of 18, we have to require adults to prove they are actually adults - that is in direct violation of our privacy.
  • Oppose government or corporate “social credit scores” that restrict freedom.
  • Reaffirm that your data belongs to you—not the government or Big Tech.
  • Protect the right to pray in schools, display religious symbols, and speak openly about faith.
  • Require the pledge of allegiance to be said daily in school. Creates a sense of national pride.
  • Support a constitutional amendment to prohibit desecration of the American flag.
  • Defend the role of faith, family, and patriotism in Montana life.
  • Keep Montana free from global governance schemes like Agenda 21, Agenda 2030, the World Economic Forum, or the UN 50x50 plan.
  • Oppose land grabs, climate treaties, and any effort to take Montana land, water, or sovereignty without our consent.
  • America First means Montana First—our lands, laws, and people come before global agendas.
  • Fully fund sheriffs, police, and corrections to keep communities safe.
  • Provide fentanyl specific personal protective equipment for first responders.
  • Support truth in sentencing, victims’ rights, and restitution for crime victims.
  • No soft-on-crime policies—protect law-abiding Montanans, not repeat offenders.
  • Ensure timely access to care and services, including private provider vouchers.
  • Oppose bureaucratic delays—Montana veterans deserve action, not excuses.
  • Honor the service and sacrifice of every Montana veteran and their families.
  • Streamline road permitting and modernize Montana’s transportation systems with local input.
  • Oppose federal mandates that tie infrastructure dollars to green energy agendas.
  • Keep fueling and EV charging private—no taxpayer subsidies for energy experiments.
  • Ban ESG, DEI, and social credit systems from influencing state investments or bank access.
  • Protect individual liberty in commerce—not forced political compliance.
  • Keep public funds out of woke financial institutions.
  • Ban legislating from the bench and hold judges accountable to the Constitution.
  • Require judges to inform juries of their full constitutional rights, including jury nullification.
  • Demand an end to judicial activism that blocks legislative reforms and property rights.
  • Mandate judges list their party affiliation, so the public might monitor for bias. 
  • Restrict election financial support to prevent lobbyists from "buying" judges into office.
  • Break up the unchecked power of Montana’s Commissioner of Political Practices.
  • Restore due process by separating investigation, prosecution, and adjudication.
  • Stop the weaponization of campaign finance enforcement against conservatives.
  • Create a standing council made up of equal representation from both major parties to periodically audit the operations and decisions of the Commissioner’s office
  • Oppose federal and tribal water compacts that override Montana’s sovereignty.
  • Uphold “first in time, first in right” doctrine for water access and use.
  • Block any foreign or federal agency attempts to redefine water rights without legislative approval.
  • Support a complete ban on elective abortion and end taxpayer funding of abortion providers.
  • Promote adoption, family support, and abstinence education.
  • Oppose assisted suicide and human cloning; support ethical life sciences and dignity in care.
