Trevor Walter Receives A+ Endorsement from Montana Conservative Alliance

Fourth-Generation Montanan and Small Business Owner Earns Top Rating in HD 69 Republican Primary

SHERIDAN, MT — Trevor Walter, Republican candidate for Montana House District 69, has been endorsed by the Montana Conservative Alliance with an A+ rating — the organization’s highest designation.

The Montana Conservative Alliance evaluates candidates based on their positions on limited government, fiscal responsibility, constitutional rights, and family values. An A+ rating reflects the strongest alignment with those principles.

Trevor grew up in his family’s grocery store — the oldest family-owned grocery store in Montana, now in its 137th year of operation in Sheridan — where he learned firsthand the values of family, community, and supporting local small businesses. Those lessons shaped a career dedicated to American enterprise: for the past 30 years, Trevor and his wife, along with two of their three boys and one daughter-in-law, have owned and operated a marketing firm that promotes small- to mid-size manufacturers across the agriculture, industrial, utilities, aerospace, defense, and medical industries.

“Our district deserves a representative who shows up, tells the truth, and fights for Montana families — not one who takes his cues from out-of-state donors,” Trevor said. “This endorsement reflects the values I’ve built my life and business around.”

HD 69 spans Madison County communities including Sheridan, Twin Bridges, Ennis, and Three Forks. Walter faces incumbent Ken Walsh in the 2026 Republican primary.
